This course is for complete beginners and those who embrace beginner’s mind. If you’re a seasoned practitioner looking to revisit foundations, or a new student looking for some community support in building a first time meditation practice, this is for you!
Dr. Jay has been meditating for 20+ years, teaching various workshops and bodywork courses since 2011 as well as recently teaching acupuncture doctoral level courses at Emperors college of acupuncture in Los Angeles, CA. He is currently enrolled in a 2 year meditation teacher training program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and is beginning the practicum portion of the course with this series.
